Welcome to Recovery 2.0

Personal and Spiritual Development for People in Recovery from Addiction

About Recovery 2.0

Traditional 12-step recovery saves lives by helping us stop using. But stopping the addiction is only step one. Recovery 2.0 exists to guide people through the second phase: upgrading physical vitality, clearing mental fog, healing emotional wounds, and connecting to spiritual purpose.

We integrate Kundalini yoga, breathwork, healthy nutrition, neuroscience, and authentic peer community to ensure you don't just survive recovery — you thrive. Our mission is to make this holistic path accessible to every person seeking freedom from addiction and the patterns that hold them back, regardless of geography, background, or belief.

Our Vision

A world where recovery is not a label of limitation but a gateway to the most vibrant, conscious, and purposeful version of a person's life. We envision a future where holistic practices are woven into every recovery journey, and where no one walks the path alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our community, daily meetings, Kundalini yoga, retreat policies, and membership.

What is Recovery 2.0 and how is it different from traditional 12-step programs?

Recovery 2.0 was created by Tommy Rosen to build upon the foundation of 12-step programs. While traditional 12 steps focus primarily on stopping the addiction behavior, Recovery 2.0 integrates Kundalini yoga, breathwork (Pranayama), trauma-informed somatic movement, and nutritional health to help you heal the physical body, recalibrate the nervous system, and experience true spiritual awakening.

Do I need to be clean/sober to join Recovery 2.0 meetings?

All individuals seeking recovery or interested in holistic healing are welcome, regardless of where you are on your journey. The only requirement for attending our meetings is a desire to heal and live a free, vibrant life.

What types of addictions does Recovery 2.0 address?

Recovery 2.0 addresses all forms of addiction, including substance addictions (alcohol, drugs, pharmaceuticals) and process/behavioral addictions (food, codependency, sex, gambling, technology, workaholism). Addiction is fundamentally a response to trauma and disconnection, and our somatic and spiritual tools work across all expressions of addiction.

How do the daily Zoom meetings work?

Members receive 24/7 access to our online portal and mobile app. Multiple live meetings take place throughout the day across different time zones. Meetings feature a blend of grounding breathwork, sharing, educational insights, and group prayer/meditation.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee for all new members. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1-click in your profile settings or by emailing [email protected]. There are no hidden contracts, fees, or cancellation penalties.

How do I sign up for a Destination Retreat?

Retreat seats are limited to ensure an intimate group experience. You can browse our Retreats page, choose your location (Costa Rica, Sedona, Greece), and submit a deposit or contact our retreat coordinator at [email protected] to reserve your spot.
